Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if cancelling or rescheduling.

NOTE: Microblading appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling in order to retain your deposit.

Clients who fail to give 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No call/no show clients will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

No call/no show clients will be considered on being able to book again.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be accommodated given there is availability. If you are running late, please call/message ahead. Arriving late may reduce the service time.

NOTE: To be fair to other clients, your appointment may not be guaranteed if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Children/Minors

Childcare services are not provided and children are not permitted unattended in the studio. This is for their safety because of sharp objects, hot equipment, etc. that may be present. This is also to ensure that you, as well as other clients receive the best experience possible. Please arrange for childcare prior to visit or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

          

Minors are welcome for services with a prior signed waiver by the supervising adult. The supervising adult must be present in the treatment room for all services provided to minor.
